Problems with logging in?

If you are having problems logging in try the following:

  • If you are using an NVQweb username registered prior to September 2007, you may need to register a new account. This does not apply to AVCare usernames.
  • Check that your internet browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox) is set up to allow the use of cookies.
  • The password is case sensitive. Check that your Caps Lock is not turned on - look for this on your keyboard.

Registration and logging in

You are welcome to browse the site as a guest without registering or logging in. However to add content such as a forum topic or comment you first need to register an account. This is free.
