if City and Guilds imposes a sanction 3 on a centre for a qualification, can they register for an other awarding body for the same qualification? I wouln't have thought this was possible but can you please confirm

Interesting question. I know that awarding bodies have had to become more savvy at dealing with centres but I am not sure of the answer. Perhaps you could ring up customer service at the awarding body and ask them?
