However, to my knowledge this open to interpretation and differing opinion. For example some might say two occasions on one day does prove that the person can repeat their performance. You might use other forms of evidence such as witness testimony to prove this.
Best bet is to work within your own assessment centres standardisation on this. Ask the internal verifier.
