I have been given theses questions. Can anyone help me as to how to approch it - Thanks a lot

The purpose of this assignment is to generate the knowledge evidence relating to values that impact on the care industry — promoting the personal preferences of service users, relatives and staff. It will contribute to the knowledge evidence for all units in the award.

6. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's were able to access information about themselves and supported to understand

In this provision describe the policy and procedure you would initiate to confront discrimination if encountered and how would you support people to take informed action against discrimination if they had experienced it.
Bear in mind that your answer will be covering not just client practice issues, but also employment, health and safety and management of risk, data protection and confidentiality, national standards and involvement in inspections and audit.
