Can anyone help me as to how to approch it - Thanks a lot The purpose of this assignment is to generate the knowledge evidence relating to values that impact on the care industry — promoting the personal preferences of service users, relatives and staff. It will contribute to the knowledge evidence for all units in the award. Title 1. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's uniqueness was celebrated 2. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's rights were being promoted 3. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's were at the centre of decision making 4. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's access to empowerment and advocacy was effective 5. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's independence was promoted and supported through good risk assessment were protected from discrimination 6. Describe your ideal provision and the criteria you would use to judge the extent to which individual's were able to access information about themselves and supported to understand In this provision describe the policy and procedure you would initiate to confront discrimination if encountered and how would you support people to take informed action against discrimination if they had experienced it. Your criteria would include aspects such as ability to listen, ...... gender bias in your work. you could look at the sorts of metaphor you use to describe events and people, ..... In this way you were advancing your individual and collective knowledge. ..... Do you know the criteria they will use to judge it? |
At first look this appears
At first look this appears very strange. One set of criteria they can judge it against are those within the NVQ. The other place to look is in the Social Care employer code of practice and the National standards for where you work.
Personally I would go back to the assessor and ask them to explain further.
