I know I have to plan the assessment with Candidate and write up my observations on s/nvq6 form but what else do i need to do as I have my portfolio and my candidates portfolio to fill. Focus on your assessment of the candidate. This is where you will get the experience and produce the evidence that you need. It will also support the candidates to make progress and feel motivated. If you can go and watch an experienced assessor working.
