NVQ 3 Business and Admin UNit 31HELP! Very difficult to understand as working in the NHS some of the questions do not seem relevant. What are the agreements with colleagues? What are the information and resources that different colleagues might need?

Perhaps look at your job description, organisational chart and policies and procedures for some clues about how you work with colleagues. Or you could ask in your workplace.

What about shift lists and where you have agreed to swap shifts for special occassions etc.(copies of e-mails would be great here)
New workmates may not be able to rely on you the whole time for information (you are after all in a very busy environment. Where would you guide them to get the info they needed? Online/Printed manuals, what to do in a certain emergency guides, etc.
