Need help with Level 3 D1 Mangement

Have got to start building my portfolio for my NVQ and already I am stuck at the first hurdle :-(

I have been told to start with question D1 but have real problems in understanding the questions.

Can I ask WHY?

I think you mean start with the knowledge treating then as a question. Is this what your assessor has told you to do?

BAD

You should find that when you gather evidence for the outcomes quite a portion of the knowledge will look after them selves and then yes to the end your assessor could question you to test the depth of your understanding. Not as an opening though.

You also should ask your assessor to observe you at work and get testimonies from colleagues. Testimonies work well for this unit as it's about productive working relationships with colleagues.
