Body Maps

I want to give plain and simple advice for completing a body map, such as injuries to be included but not for instance moles etc.... any advice on how to get the point across in simple terms that dont frighten people off

I am not familiar with the

I am not familiar with the term Gingerbread man, but when thinking, the body map used in some establishments can resemble this!!
Is the learner completing HSC358....as i would want more than a body map for this unit?

If you are assessing a learner for pressure care then i would expect they are aware of assessment tools and if they do not already understand the difference between a mole and ulcers then i would be questioning further formal training in this area.
