Hi All,

I've got to do a reflective account on:-

How you have carried out health & Safety checks and how you support colleague to follow good practice whilst working in a clients home.

I don't know where to start... Do I write about a client (obviously not mentioning names) and include the above?

Sorry, I seem to be totally brain dead, Any help will be much appreciated.
