NVQ Web - Health and Social Care

Hi guys having trouble with this question :( a)Give an example of how health and social care values might differ from those individuals and (b)How can you resolve such conflicts? I work with aduls with learning dissability'S Im finding it hard to put into words,do you think they mean the peope I work with.Maybe I would handle a situation different from someone else and we would need to discuss it to try and work it out?????
