Im stuck again guys unit 24 c( ensure your own actions support the care,protection and well-being of individuals ) question is:the individuals preferences,abilities and support to cope with actual or likely danger,harm and abuse.Do you think they mean read careplans to find out all this info or does it mean something else?

also question:(any differences of views that effect the activities you are responible for and how to deal with them? )

Do you think they mean if there are any dangers that are not in their risk assessment you need to report to line manager or senior staff? Many thanks for any responses Michelle
