This is the unit im doing I have been given questions,some I think are a bit silly!This being one of them : Why is your supervision important in protecting individuals from abuse and harm? How can having supervision help protect from abuse and harm,you are not likly to wait till then if there was a problem to inform managment,I have had other training,just can't understand what they mean.
