Am working with overseas students undertaking level 2,3 and RMA . Seem to have hit wall with getting students and assessors to understand how to document using holistic method. Has anyone got any sample units completed for me to show them. We work with OCR

Am, struggling to find time to do myself as appear to be multitasking ect

Hi Gloria, your internal Verifier should be able to help you with this, it could be part of a standardisation meeting with your assessors to help them learn together and work in the same way to show consistency. There is also the Avcare site on this website you could use to help, lots of information there under assessing skills.
