NVQ Web - Health and Social Care

Im doing an L.D.Q along side my  N.V.Q  can anyone  help me, question is: my local-agency policy on protecting people from abuse is called? Not quite sure of the answer,if Tom or Aunty Sue can help that would be great thanks Michelle
