NVQ Web - Health and Social Care

Hi, I'm currently doing my NVQ3 and am down the my last unit which is HSC360 move and position individuals. I contacted our verifier for the questions relating to this unit only to be told that they did not have any for this unit and that we should just do a reflective account, surely this is not right?
