Does an assessor working towarsd their V1 Award have to plan an EV visit. It was not part of D34, but someone said it is part of V1. Not sure I agree with this having read the standards.
I assume you are refering to the V1.4 element 'Meet external quality assurance requirements'. This element does require the IV to be involved with external audit. However, this can happen in different ways according to the role of the IV. So planning an EV visit might be a useful way to cover this but to my knowledge is not a requirement.
