If you are having problems logging in try the following:
- If you are using an NVQweb username registered prior to September 2007, you may need to register a new account. This does not apply to AVCare usernames.
- Check that your internet browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox) is set up to allow the use of cookies.
- The password is case sensitive. Check that your Caps Lock is not turned on - look for this on your keyboard.
